Cooking Class: Vegan Brunch Favorites

Learn how to make brunch favorites using plant-based ingredients in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Dominique. You'll learn tips and tricks for cooking the vegan way while still incorporating lots of flavor. First, you'll learn to make French toast topped with coconut cream and fresh fruit. Then, you'll make fluffy vegan biscuits and a vegetarian gravy to smother them with. On the side, you'll roast breakfast potatoes. Top off the meal with a refreshing smoothie filled with seasonal fruit, kale and protein powder.

With vegetarian sausage gravy

With savory spices, nutritional yeast and olive oil
