In this engaging cooking class with Chef Dominique, learn to incorporate a humble yet hearty ingredient into Italian cooking: garlic. Class begins by learning to prepare a roasted asparagus soup seasoned with fresh garlic and lemon. Then, you'll learn to make tagliolini pasta from scratch, including tips for working with pasta dough. You'll top your fresh pasta with fresh tomatoes, basil, and plenty of garlic. To wrap up the class you'll bake pecan wedding cookies to enjoy for dessert.
