Cooking Class: Classic British Pub Food

Learn to handcraft a classic British pub menu in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Dominique. You'll prepare several dishes with rich history and even richer flavor. Class begins with a creamy potato and leek soup with a modern coconut bacon. Next, you'll prepare a charming dish called "toad in the hole," a savory bread pudding filled with vegan sausage and topped with gravy. For dessert, you'll get a lesson in crafting a quintessentially English dessert: chocolate and butterscotch biscuits.
