Cooking Class: Rustic Italian From Scratch

Time to get your hands dirty in this cooking class with Chef Ben! He will teach you how to make pasta and mozzarella cheese from scratch. You’ll craft the mozzarella as an appetizer, and pair it with seasonal fruit and vegetables from the local market. You’ll then cook mussels sautéed with fennel and saffron, followed by semolina dumplings with white wine. For dessert, Chef Ben will demonstrate how to make a ricotta tart with dark chocolate and pine nuts.

Chef Ben is Fantastic! His class was entertaining but also incredibly informative. I really enjoyed the entire experience, not only did I learn how to make delicious mussels and homemade mozzarella, Chef also made sure I knew where to buy all of the local ingredients at the nearby farmers market so I can make at home myself! Don't miss out on this fun experience that you can duplicate at home!
