Cooking Class: Splendid Spanish Tapas
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Sachet will introduce you to a variety of authentic Spanish tapas. You’ll first prepare a Romesco flatbread peppered with olives, garlic and feta. You’ll then cook a delightful paella with Spanish chorizo and fresh prawns. Next, Chef Sachet will teach you how to make lollipop chicken with peri peri sauce. For dessert, you’ll create classic Spanish churros with Mexican hot chocolate shots. You can then show off everything you’ve learned at your next dinner party.

Chef Sachet arrived on time. She explained and demonstrated the step by step instructions of how to make fresh pasta as we followed her lead.. Chef Sachet was personable and engaging. It was an educational and fun evening. By the way the pasta dish was amazing! Can't wait to have her back.
