In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ayesha, you’ll learn how to prepare a colorful array of authentic Indian dishes using fresh ingredients, a blend of exotic and familiar spices, and time-honored Indian culinary techniques. For an appetizer, you’ll make a bright and refreshing cucumber salad with lime. You’ll follow this with a luscious butter chicken curry, homemade roti and basmati rice pilaf studded with peas. Chef Ayesha will also teach you how to make Bombay aloo (a spicy potato dish) and Seviyan kheer (a delightful Indian dessert pudding).

Fantastic experience! Probably the most flavorful meal I've ever had
Born and raised in India, Chef Ayesha began learning traditional Indian home cooking at a young age. After relocating to the US and earning her MBA, Chef Ayesha decided to quit her corporate day job to turn her cooking hobby into what is now a successful boutique culinary school offering authentic Indian cooking classes.
