Discover the fun of Mexican street food in this cooking class led by Chef Brian. Sharing expert culinary advice, he will teach you how to create traditional recipes that your friends and family will love. Start with mesquite-grilled elotes, corn-on-the-cob, topped with savory spices and Cotija cheese. Next comes aguachile, similar to ceviche, with shrimp, red onions and cucumbers. You'll then prepare chicken taco dorados with tomatillo salsa and pickled vegetables. Dessert is homemade churros with caramel and Mexican chocolate.

Chef Brian's culinary career began at home, where he learned to cook from his mother in their family kitchen. After graduating second in his class from the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Brian led a celebrated culinary career, winning several competitions and earning the position of sous chef. His passion for teaching others spurred him to find ways to sharing his knowledge of cooking, which he now accomplishes through lively, educational classes for students of all levels.
