Bring the flavors of Italy to your kitchen in this hands-on cooking class! Chef Taylor will teach you classic Italian culinary techniques and three authentic recipes. You’ll first learn how to make a flavor-bursting margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil and balsamic glaze. You’ll then create either spaghetti or fettuccine pasta completely from scratch, topped with either a delicious pork and beef bolognese or grilled chicken and alfredo sauce. For dessert, you’ll learn how to make a traditional espresso-spiked tiramisu with ladyfingers, cocoa powder and mascarpone whipped cream.
