You’ll create classic Thai cuisine from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Taylor, who is ready to share her secrets with you. First, you’ll make a delicious marinated grilled beef satay, with homemade peanut sauce for dipping. You’ll then whip up a classic pad Thai — Chef Taylor will teach you how to mix sweet, spicy and sour to create explosive and distinctly Thai flavors. You’ll finish by crafting a delicious and unique pineapple red curry.
