Cooking Class: Homemade Ricotta Gnocchi

Join Chef Mary Ann in this cooking class that features an Italian pasta favorite. You'll learn how to make gnocchi pasta from scratch using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. Start with a light Caesar salad bursting with romaine, fresh Parmesan, cracked pepper and crispy croutons. Your main course is a classic ricotta gnocchi topped with a brown butter sage sauce. You'll mix, roll and cut dough into strips to make the traditional pasta squares all your guests will love.

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!
