Cooking alongside Chef Landi was a truly wonderful experience. He went above and beyond every step of the way, making sure that we were comfortable and engaged. We also enjoyed hearing Chef Landi's amazing stories and the philosophy behind his passion. Really could not have asked for a better evening.

Chef Renee was amazing! Such a kind person and a natural instructor. I really appreciated how she let us get as involved as we liked, and of course, the food was amazing! The only downside was that there wasn't more leftovers — I would have loved more of that gnocchi. But all in all, we had a great time and would absolutely do something like this again.
My grandmother taught me Puerto Rican cuisine and the most important ingredient, love. I began to cook professionally at the age of 12 when we moved to New York and a neighbor offered to "keep me busy" at his Italian restaurant. I have not stopped cooking since! My passion and knowledge drive my belief that nutritious food can tantalize the pallet. By refining the art of cooking, I hope to show clients how to enjoy ethnically diverse cuisine in a healthy way.
