Take a culinary voyage around the world in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Inga. You'll learn how to craft dishes from countries all across the globe, allowing your taste buds to experience the unique flavors of different cultures. Your four-course meal will begin with an Italian appetizer of beans and greens bruschetta featuring arugula, tomatoes, feta, garlic and olive oil. For the main course, you'll enjoy Andalusian baked meatballs in a sherry wine tomato sauce with a side of creamy Spanish manchego mashed potatoes. Lastly, for dessert, you'll whip up a delectable Greek yogurt parfait with mixed berries, brown sugar and brandy. This class was very exciting. We learned about food composition. Color, texture, flavor, spice, sweet, savory and so much more. She gave us an insight into Thai food and we had a great time!
Chef Inga is a talented chef and a native of Ukraine with a resume boasting many notable culinary achievements. She has been operating a family-owned Russian restaurant for almost a decade, and still excels when it comes to keeping the menu fresh and exciting. Chef Inga is also dedicated to continually honing her craft and loves sharing her passion for cooking and food with others by hosting a variety of interactive culinary experiences.
