Cooking Class: Make a Summery French-Spanish Menu
Join Chef James for cooking classes that explore the complexities and time-honored techniques of classic French bouillabaisse. You'll begin by preparing an antipasti plate with Spanish olives, anchovies, artisan cheeses and Acme olive bread. A seasonal green salad follows this appetizer. Next, you'll learn how to create bouillabaisse with saffron, fennel, tomatoes, mussels, clams and rockfish or snapper. Dessert is dolce la quesada, Spanish cheesecake, topped with local berries.
