Cooking Class: Pizza From Napoli
Learn to prepare traditional Neapolitan-style pizza from scratch in this cooking class with Chef James. He'll share his step-by-step process for creating the perfect dough from scratch, stretching and shaping it like the pizzerias do and choosing the right toppings for an authentic Neapolitan pizza combination. Chef James will also provide a selection of side dishes and a dessert, providing a complete pizza experience straight from the Old Country!
Dough is demoed in class, but due to a three-day fermentation process, the dough used to prepare the pizzas will be made in advance.
