Join Chef Carly for four-course cooking classes featuring simple yet elegant hors d'oeuvres. Your friends and family are sure to be impressed at your next get-together. You'll begin by preparing stuffed mushrooms with cream cheese, onions and Parmesan. Next up is brown sugar bacon-wrapped chicken bites and sweet potato guacamole bites. Finally, you'll create four-cheese macaroni bites with Gruyere, white cheddar, Parmesan and cream cheese topped with crispy bread crumbs.

Chef Carly is a great instructor and super easy to work with. She has simple and effective tips for how to best work with ingredients and techniques to make cooking easy. I will definitely be using her tricks to make the stuffed mushrooms we made! I highly recommend Chef Carly for anyone who wants to sharpen their skills in the kitchen.
