Cooking classes with Chef Theo take you on a journey through Creole culture with high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. You'll start with a fresh and colorful heirloom tomato salad with a homemade balsamic reduction. Next is a traditional gumbo loaded with chicken, sausage, shrimp and crab served with French bread and homemade garlic butter. You'll end with a sweet treat of blondies with a brown sugar glaze.
