Chef Gustavo is ready to teach cooking classes centered around classic Spanish recipes. While learning about Spanish food and culture, you'll create a cool and refreshing tomato gazpacho. The entrée is a paella de Mariscos served with a variety of seafood, rice and aromatic spices. You'll learn how to perfectly cook the rice so it stays fluffy. A rich crema catalana, made in advance, is a sweet finish to this savory seafood menu.

Chef Gustavo was great. He took time to explain the history of the dish and provided lots of tips on how to improve my cooking. Because of him, I will be looking to do more of these classes.

Chef Gustavo is an amazing chef and teacher. Most notable is his emphasis on how the cooking experience is significant in both its flavors and connections made in the kitchen. He invites all into his kitchen as family and we could not have been more pleased with the evening.

My friend and I went as a date night and we had a blast. Chef Gustavo explains everything so well and made it fun and easy. Everything tasted amazing. Make sure you come hungry because there was so much to eat. Also there is free 4 hr parking across the street by the field, which he recommended!
