In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mah, you'll explore the unique flavors of Persian and Mediterranean food as you prepare a gourmet, three-course meal together using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Your class will start with a savory leek soup with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and cream. For the main entrée, Chef Mah will teach you how to prepare chicken pomodoro with capers and tomatoes, served over a bed of fluffy basmati rice. Lastly, your meal will end on a sweet note with homemade crème brûlée for dessert.

With nearly a decade of experience, Iranian-born Chef Mah has built a reputation as a skilled pastry chef and passionate culinary teacher. She relocated to the U.S. and began her journey as a baker and cake decorator, holding positions at several well-known bakeries. Chef Mah currently serves as a pastry chef and instructor of culinary arts at a New Jersey trade school, where her excitement for culinary artistry shines through in her classes.
