This intriguing hands-on cooking class with Chef Nancy is designed to teach you how to best balance the five basic tastes in your cooking, as this is the secret behind satisfying intuitive dining. For your sour dish, you'll prepare sinigang soup made from a green tamarind broth with vegetables and greens. For something salty, you'll create chicken and pork belly adobo with soy sauce. Up next, an ampalaya salsa featuring mango and toasted spices will highlight the bitter taste. For umami, you'll have your choice of seafood coconut cream risotto or cheese-filled sirloin roulades. Lastly, since you can't forget about sweet, you'll enjoy a banana and cream corn iced dessert.
