Join Chef Nancy to improve your culinary skills as you prepare a gourmet Asian-fusion meal in this hands-on cooking class. She'll share authentic Filipino cooking techniques, so you can learn how to craft recipes that hold their flavor. To begin your class, you'll learn how to prepare marinated grilled beef tapa, as well as a traditional pechay salad with Chinese cabbage and calamansi juice. Next, you'll make a vermicelli lemongrass chicken soup featuring quail eggs before moving on to a rich coconut-cream seafood risotto loaded with prawns and fresh fish. Lastly, you'll enjoy grilled saba bananas for dessert.
