Learn how to properly hold, use and care for kitchen knives while you prepare a fresh Asian menu in this interactive hands-on cooking class with Chef Roger. After explaining professional knife-handling techniques, Chef Roger will then teach you several professional knife cuts and explain why they are important when cooking. Then, you'll get to put your newly acquired knowledge in action by preparing fresh spring rolls with carrots, cucumbers, green onion and more, which you'll serve alongside a homemade creamy peanut sauce. You'll also prepare a chicken or shrimp stir fry to continue sharpening your new knife skills. Finally, your class will end with a dessert of mango coconut sticky rice.

Great teacher! Very passionate and Roger also created a nice atmosphere. I came alone but I felt as if I had class with friends PLUS learning knife skills while chatting!
