Spruce up your usual brunch options with this helpful cooking class with Chef Vanessa! Gather tips and tricks to make the most of your midday dining, turning out elegant gourmet dishes with minimal fuss. Enjoy a complementary cheese board and fruit juice beverages as you create strawberry and arugula panzanella salad and a seasonal vegetable frittata with ricotta and summer squash. You'll also prepare a roasted lemon and caper chicken dish and a roasted radicchio and farro salad. Vegan options can be requested.

I had a great time working with Chef Vanessa. She has a lot of experience teaching classes and she did a great job explaining the process and techniques throughout our time together. She puts an emphasis on making cooking easier and more intuitive and after working with her I definitely feel like I am more comfortable in the kitchen. Her food is super fun and she's so friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area!
Chef Vanessa brings more than two decades of kitchen experience to her informative cooking courses. She's held many positions through the years, including distinguished pastry chef, wedding cake designer, holistic cook and culinary entrepreneur. She's especially passionate about mindful culinary practices, including farm-to-table cuisine and zero-waste cooking. Chef Vanessa currently offers interactive culinary experiences and is eager to share her enthusiasm for food with others.
