Create vegetarian dishes with an eye on healthful eating that your whole family will enjoy. Start your lesson with a green garden salad and a fresh Parmesan crisp before creating roasted seasonal vegetables with a sweet and spicy kick. Then, prepare a traditional risotto entrée and finish things off with lemon pots de crème for dessert.
