He'll help you create a menu filled with exciting dishes that'll bring a world of new flavors to your home kitchen. You'll prepare mofongo, featuring fried plantains and chicharrones, a tropical fruit platter and arroz con pollo. For a traditional dessert, you'll create honey-sweetened quesitos made with puff pastry and cream cheese.

This was such an amazing and fun experience! Chef Alec was great and was very knowledgeable! He made it so convenient coming over and having all the ingredients and everything we needed to prepare our meal! Can’t wait to keep doing more of these!
