You'll create hallmark French dishes such as ratatouille, featuring eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes, and coq au vin served with root vegetables and whipped potatoes. For dessert, you'll prepare a tarte aux pommes, a perfect ending for this truly French course.

This was such an amazing and fun experience! Chef Alec was great and was very knowledgeable! He made it so convenient coming over and having all the ingredients and everything we needed to prepare our meal! Can’t wait to keep doing more of these!
