Cooking Class: A Celebration of Ravioli
From preparing pasta from scratch to creating fresh-flavored fillings and toppings, you'll learn the secrets of making delicious ravioli in this enticing cooking class from Chef Stephanie. She'll enlighten you to techniques and recipes that make it easy to recreate the magic in your own kitchen! Your course includes a lesson in fresh ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, as well as a fresh gazpacho flavored with basil and tangy tomatoes.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

We thoroughly enjoyed our crepe- making class with Chef Stephanie, an authentic French chef! The crepes were all delicious, and we were pleased to learn these new recipes. A great way to spend a weekend morning. Highly recommend!

Meet your chef
Chef Stephanie received extensive culinary training in France before finding her niche as an instructor at the Art Institute, where she taught culinary arts for eight years. She focuses on kitchen fundamentals that emphasize technique as well as fostering confidence and creativity by exploring an array of ingredients and flavors that are both traditional and exotic. Chef Stephanie’s classes promise to be fun, exciting and memorable for her students.
