Cooking Class: Italian Comfort Food

Savor a gratifying culinary journey to Italy without leaving your kitchen in this exciting cooking class from Chef Stephanie! This selection of delicious traditional recipes prepared with care and attention to detail will bring you the best that Italian cuisine has to offer. For your lesson, you'll create pasta carbonara from scratch, topped with bacon and fresh Parmesan. You'll also prepare a refreshing beet salad dressed with gorgonzola, olive oil and blood oranges. 


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
