Cooking Class: Lighter Mediterranean Fare

Create a light yet satisfying meal filled with fresh flavors from the sunny Mediterranean in this cooking class with Chef Stephanie. You'll learn traditional techniques and create authentic recipes using fresh ingredients for maximum enjoyment! The dishes you'll create include a creamy risotto featuring Arborio rice topped with shrimp and asparagus, and a refreshing Mediterranean lentil salad brimming with garden vegetables and dressed with olive oil.


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
