In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Dominique, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu of classic British dishes using fresh, high-quality, plant-based ingredients.
From a creamy leek and potato soup with coconut bacon to a British staple called "toad in the hole" with vegan sausage and onion gravy, you'll love these vegetarian takes on traditional British recipes. Plus, you'll end the class with a British-style "biscuit" — known as shortbread cookies in the U.S. — dipped in butterscotch and dark chocolate for dessert.
