Cooking Class: Cooking Cozy Bavarian Comfort Foods
Let Chef William bring Bavaria to you in this hands-on cooking class full of nostalgic cold-weather favorites. This six course menu inspired by Alpine Village Inn will teach you to prepare comforting dishes that you'll want to serve your friends and family again and again.
The class begins with seasoned cottage cheese served with warm pumpernickel bread, and classic chicken supreme soup. From there, master hearty beef rouladen seasoned with bacon and onions and served with herbed spaetzle. Save room for dessert as Chef William guides you through a selection of Alpine favorites: bienenstich (a rich honey cake), apple strudel with raisins and cinnamon and eiskaffee — a sumptuous coffee and ice cream treat.

With three culinary degrees and certifications as an Executive Chef, Culinary Educator and Culinary Administrator, Chef William is an award-winning chef who brings talent and tenure to his courses. He has over 35 years of experience in the food industry and in 2008 was named Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, San Diego Chapter. Chef William is an enthusiastic instructor who's eager to share his passion for food with his students.
