Cooking Class: Sophisticated Seafood Dinner

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef John, you will learn how to prepare a sophisticated three-course seafood-centric dinner using fresh, high-quality, seasonal ingredients and smart cooking techniques. 


Chef Joh will begin by teaching you how to build a stylish canapé of spicy crab toast with peppers, onions and Sriracha sauce. Then, you'll learn how to perfectly pan sear scallops with crispy European cucumbers and sesame oil. Finally, you'll end on a sweet note with a light and refreshing key lime tart with a graham cracker crust for dessert.

I really enjoyed my time with Chef John. Chef John prepared and demonstrated dishes with flavors that cannot be taught but learned through trial and error. I absolutely loved the goat cheese crostini and pan-seared scallops! The homemade hummus was an absolute treat and I am so excited to try it out at home for myself.
