Cooking Class: Trip to Little Italy
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will take your taste buds on a trip to Little Italy as you learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and classic Italian recipes.
Chef Eric will begin by teaching you how to make a traditional Italian bruschetta appetizer from scratch. Then, you will learn how to prepare delicate, creamy manicotti stuffed with a fragrant, garlicky ricotta. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a refreshing lemon raspberry granita for dessert.

Chef Eric was great! We were running late but he let us come anyway! It was a fun and relaxing evening. We all got a taste of doing the prep work and making our own manicotti. Next time we’re in Denver we would take another class from him!

Chef Eric brings more than 20 years of professional experience as a culinary expert to his instructional table. He served as a banquet chef, hosting colossal large-scale events before discovering his passion for teaching others how to create wonders of cuisine. Since then, Chef Eric has taught for the past three years at a well-known culinary academy, influencing and mentoring hundreds of newly-minted chefs as they hone their skills and reach for the stars.
