Cooking Class: Healthy Italian-Inspired Dinner

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef John, you will learn how to prepare a healthy three-course menu completely from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients and Italian-inspired recipes. 


Begin by first creating a sophisticated onion, red pepper and goat cheese crostini on potato toast. Next, Chef John will teach you how to prepare a zesty lemon and herb flounder sided by glazed carrots and roasted broccolini. For dessert, you'll learn the tips, tricks and trade secrets needed to make a decadent molten chocolate cake served with homemade ice cream.

I really enjoyed my time with Chef John. Chef John prepared and demonstrated dishes with flavors that cannot be taught but learned through trial and error. I absolutely loved the goat cheese crostini and pan-seared scallops! The homemade hummus was an absolute treat and I am so excited to try it out at home for myself.
