In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Lamour, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Brazilian menu using a blend of both familiar and exotic ingredients and a touch of tropical flair.
Chef Lamour will begin teaching you how to build layers of flavor in a chayote and orange salad with watercress and hearts of palm. Then, you will learn how to prepare a traditional Bahia-style shrimp entrée before ending with an irresistibly creamy coconut custard with caramelized bananas and whipped cream for dessert.

With tomatoes, peppers, ginger, garlic, onions, cilantro and collard greens
Quindim Brazillian Coconut Custard
With caramelized bananas and whipped cream
