In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jocelyn, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course Italian dinner menu featuring a handful of modern twists.
Chef Jocelyn will begin by teaching you how to build a refreshing salad featuring arugula, burrata, pickled beets and a zingy citrus vinaigrette before preparing cavatelli pasta from scratch and topped with Bolognese sauce, fresh basil and Parmesan. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note and explore the wonders of ganache as you craft a decadent chocolate espresso tart.

It was clear that Chef Jocelyn was an experienced professional from the beginning of our class. She taught me a lot of restaurant techniques I had never heard of before to totally elevate even simple dishes and I'll definitely be using her tips in my future cooking. Chef Jocelyn is a diverse chef with experience across a wide range of roles and cuisines. After graduating from culinary school, she spent time traveling and honing her craft.
