Get a taste of Italy in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Luana. Across four courses, you'll create classic bites straight from Italy's streets.
Chef Luana will guide you through the basics of mastering simple, yet stunning Italian brunch plates. First, you'll start with a fluffy frittata; a popular Italian egg-based dish similar to a quiche. Next, you'll try your hand at decadent torte rustiche; Italian savory tarts filled with various ingredients and a crisp crust. You'll also learn how to prepare soft and gooey bite-sized eggplant Parmigiana, perfect for snacking. Finish class with a sweet treat by preparing colorful fresh fruit tarts.

Chef Luana went above and beyond. She allowed us to taste the authenticity and art that comes from her expertise! Her place felt like a clean, organized restaurant and each moment of our time there was comfortable, fun, engaging, and surely delicious. Definitely will look forward to booking again soon! What a great class! My partner and I went for a date night and it did not disappoint. Chef Luana’s class was the perfect mix of learning to make a dish and having the “hard parts” done for us (making up the appetizer, cooking the pasta, etc.) although this was done in a sort of demo style. Who knew gnocchis were such hard work! We brought some leftovers home and look forward to enjoying them in the future. The dishes were beautifully displayed and tasted delicious. She was mindful of dietary restrictions and offered great alternatives so everyone could enjoy their meal without having to make a sacrifice. I highly recommend this personal class, it was quite the memorable evening.

Chef Luana inherited her culinary passion from her grandmother. Born and raised in Italy, she found success as an entrepreneur after establishing a beachside restaurant in her home country while mastering the time-honored art of pizza oven cuisine. She is one of Italy’s precious few professional female pizza makers who utilizes wood-oven cookery. Chef Luana’s classes breathe new life into old-world recipes and traditional techniques as she passes her considerable knowledge to her students.
