Get a taste of Italy in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Luana. Across four courses, you'll create classic bites straight from Italy's streets.
Chef Luana will guide you through the basics of mastering simple, yet stunning Italian brunch plates. First, you'll start with a fluffy frittata; a popular Italian egg-based dish similar to a quiche. Next, you'll try your hand at decadent torte rustiche; Italian savory tarts filled with various ingredients and a crisp crust. You'll also learn how to prepare soft and gooey bite-sized eggplant Parmigiana, perfect for snacking. Finish class with a sweet treat by preparing colorful fresh fruit tarts.

We have such a lovely class today. Took the gnocchi class and made the gnocchi from scratch, enjoyed delicious bruschetta and then 2 amazing sauces for the gnocchi! Chef Luana is a so passionate and we learned a lot. We felt very welcome and the conversation was amazing. She had great reviews on class pop but over 500 on cozymeal( sister site) We’re planning to return to take the sauce class and then pasta!! Thank you Chef Luana! Carrie and Jer

I highly recommend taking Chef Luana’s classes. She’s very informative and passionate about her dishes. Her teaching methods are very hands on, which is very helpful when you’re making a dish for the very first time. She uses a number of different platforms with over 540 reviews in totality so don’t be misguided with only the handful of reviews she has on classpop.

I recently had the pleasure of attending Chef Luana’s pasta making class, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, Chef Luana displayed exceptional expertise, passion, and a genuine love for teaching. Chef Luana demonstrated each step with clarity, making it easy for everyone to follow along, regardless of their skill level. The hands-on experience was incredibly valuable and FUN. I highly recommend Chef Luana and her classes; she's warm, hospitable and made for great conversation.

Chef Luana inherited her culinary passion from her grandmother. Born and raised in Italy, she found success as an entrepreneur after establishing a beachside restaurant in her home country while mastering the time-honored art of pizza oven cuisine. She is one of Italy’s precious few professional female pizza makers who utilizes wood-oven cookery. Chef Luana’s classes breathe new life into old-world recipes and traditional techniques as she passes her considerable knowledge to her students.
