Cooking Class: French Coastal Favorites

Join Chef Megan in a hands-on cooking class and explore the exquisite dishes of French coastal classics across four courses. Using fresh ingredients and herbs, you'll enjoy learning how to master the basics of iconic French foods.


First, Chef Megan will teach you how to prepare a refreshing nicoise-inspired salad. Next, you'll dive into moules marinière with white wine, shallots, butter and parsley. Finally, end class on a sweet note with a delicate lemon sorbet.

Niçoise Inspired Salad 

With butter lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green beans and vinaigrette


Moules Marinières and Frites With Saffron Aioli

With mussels, white wine, shallots, butter, parsley and potatoes


Lemon Sorbet

With Lavender Whipped Cream

Currently, she hosts private cooking classes and works as a sous chef at a local gourmet food truck. In addition to these roles, Chef Megan is also working on her own cooking show.
