Discover all the flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Christopher.
You'll begin by preparing a Chinese-style seared foie gras with a hoisin-ginger glaze and spiced poached pears. Next up is wings in fish sauce with a sweet and salty glaze. Your entrée is a Korean slow-roasted pork shoulder with soy sauce, pear juice and jasmine rice. For dessert, enjoy fried Thai bananas with coconut, Thai spices and mango gelato or sorbet.

Our experience with Chef Christopher was such a delight! His friendly personality and fun sense of humor made us feel very welcome and relaxed in his home. We learned a great deal about the dishes that we were making and the ingredients that went into them. He provided so much food! We were stuffed at the end of the night and excited to have leftovers to take home to enjoy the next day. I would definitely recommend a class with Christopher for a fun date night or an evening out with friends.
