Join Chef Kathy on a culinary adventure into the world of traditional Thai cuisine. In this fun and hands-on cooking class, you'll prepare fresh spring rolls wrapped in rice paper and filled with cucumber, herbs, lettuce and your choice of shrimp or tofu.
Next comes a Thai salad with cabbage, garlic, lime and Thai chilis. Your entrée is a savory Thai basil chicken with rice and peppers. Plant-based options are available for vegans and vegetarians. Finish up this traditional meal with a dessert of bananas in sweet coconut cream.

Chef Kathy was great. We had a fabulous time. She was well prepared and very detailed with her instructions. The food was fantastic and we had a great time.
