Salad takes on exciting new dimensions in this fun cooking class with Chef Elham. Learn to ramp up the flavor and flair by mixing up the basics with some novel additions and turn your salads into enticing full-fledged meals.
First, you'll create a classic Caesar salad featuring tender grilled chicken and authentic dressing. Then, prepare an intriguing Lyonnaise salad using frisée lettuce, topped with crisp bacon and an egg poached to perfection. Finish up with a lesson in grilling for an orzo salad with fresh seasonal vegetables cooked over an open flame.

We had fun and learned some helpful tips for making chocolate desserts. My sisters and I think that there should be a maximum of 4 students in a class because the kitchen is small.

Had an awesome time taking this class. The recipes were delish, great tips on where to source the ingredients and best Tom Ka soup I've ever had, can't wait to make it for friends at home when I get access to the class recipes! Super fun evening
Meet your chef
For the past two decades, Chef Elham has been sharing her passion for cooking with others as a private chef, caterer and culinary instructor. Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses. Her specialties include classic French cuisine as well as exotic Asian fare that entices and energizes the palate.
