Cooking Class: New York-Style Pizza Workshop
Learn how to make classic New York-style pizza in this hands-on cooking class.
Chef Daniel will have you mixing, kneading and stretching dough, as he teaches you how to form that iconic New York style crust. Up next, you'll whip up fresh toppings for your perfect crust, including a rich ricotta cheese and creamy bechamel sauce. After all that hard work shaping dough and mixing sauces, you'll enjoy a homemade New York style pizza feast featuring margherita, bianca and pesto pizzas! If you'd like, you can even bring your favorite beers and wine to pair with your pizzas.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!

Chef Daniel hails from Argentina, a country known for its vibrant blend of cultures. He’s lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years, exploring a rich diversity of cuisines that informs his ingredients and techniques on a daily basis. Chef Daniel aims to teach his students the fundamentals of cooking, in hopes that they will one day grow beyond his recipes to discover a culinary world all their own.Â
