Learn how to create your own dim sum spread in this hands-on cooking class! Chef Mike will teach you all the essential tricks and techniques needed to craft these bite-sized Chinese favorites. You'll make delectable dumplings, savory fried green beans and flaky scallion pancakes all from scratch. By the end, you'll have an incredibly unique collection of small bites, each bursting with its own special blend of ingredients and flavors.

We had a great time with Chef Mike! We learned a lot about new to us ingredients and techniques, and shared a great meal with our classmates with enough left over for everyone to take a generous box home.
