Your four-course meal will begin with two favorite island appetizers, homemade plantain chips and a cooling avocado salad. Next, you'll bring the heat and prepare a single pot arroz con pollo — a hearty and warming entrée featuring Cuban-spiced chicken and rice, with roasted peppers and peas to add that perfect touch of taste and texture. Finally, you'll end your traditional Cuban meal on a sweet note by whipping up flan de leche for a rich and creamy custard-style dessert.
