Chef Alexis was amazing! She is so relaxed and pleasant, always smiling making you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I really enjoyed learning about her culinary background and the reason she has certain personal favorite cuisines. Thank you for sharing each of the steps with such patience and detail so that we understand the reason behind your methods. The food we created was delicious and the class was a lot of fun! After graduating from culinary school, Chef Alexis went on to further hone her craft in a variety of kitchens and roles. Chef Alexis specializes in French cuisine as well as Asian-Spanish fusion and loves hosting cooking parties as well as creating menus that showcase the beauty of seasonal ingredients.
