Cooking Class: Homemade Tagliatelle in San Marzano Sauce

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Luca, you will learn how to prepare an authentic Italian pasta dish that features some of the country's most famous flavors and ingredients, including San Marzano tomatoes.


Chef Luca will begin by teaching you how to make your pasta dough from scratch and then how to shape it into silky tagliatelle ribbons. Then, you will learn how to prepare a homemade San Marzano tomato sauce with onion, garlic and fresh herbs to complete the dish. 

Cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
