In this interactive cooking class with Chef JE, you will learn how to prepare an exotic four-course menu that fuses a variety of recipes, flavors, ingredients and cooking techniques from the Philippines, Japan, Thailand and beyond! Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this Asian fusion cooking class include Filipino-style calamari fritters known as ukoy, miso-glazed wild mushrooms, a sweet and spicy whole fish Thai curry entrée and a perfectly crispy and creamy Japanese-inspired lychee cheesecake tempura for dessert.

Wonderful experience! Food was delicious and beautifully presented, and we enjoyed visiting with Chef Joseph during the visit. Very warm and inviting.
Chef JE is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Before becoming the celebrated executive chef that he is today, Chef JE spent time working with various celebrity chefs and Food Network personalities in NYC. He is well versed in many cuisines, including Asian, French and Latin American, and enjoys sharing his expertise as a culinary instructor.
