Prepare a flavor-packed four-course dinner menu of traditional Southwest fare using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques in this hands-on cooking class with Chef JE! Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this cooking class include a chili-lime lump crab and avocado salad dressed with a homemade tequila vinaigrette, a simple romaine salad with Cotija cheese and candy stripe beets and a fire-roasted and 24-hour marinated skirt steak with onions and peppers. You'll finish class with fried ice cream with caramel for dessert.

Wonderful experience! Food was delicious and beautifully presented, and we enjoyed visiting with Chef Joseph during the visit. Very warm and inviting.
Chef JE is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Before becoming the celebrated executive chef that he is today, Chef JE spent time working with various celebrity chefs and Food Network personalities in NYC. He is well versed in many cuisines, including Asian, French and Latin American, and enjoys sharing his expertise as a culinary instructor.
