The ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that is free of sugar and grains. In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Diana, you'll discover that the secret to a successful keto diet is preparing ingredients ahead of time to make cooking quick and easy. Chef Diana will begin this cooking class by teaching you how to prepare a chicken and vegetable stir-fry, followed by a ham and vegetable omelet. Then, you'll learn how to perfectly prepare salmon with a homemade lemon caper sauce and cauliflower rice, as well as spaghetti squash and beef meatballs topped with marinara sauce.

The fondue cooking class was amazing. Chef Diana provided step by step instructions and guided us in making delicious fondues that we could replicate at home. She provided a fun and informative cooking experience!

Chef Diana is such a pleasure to work with! She was so patient & shares interesting facts about Japanese cuisine with us. She was very neat & organized & made us feel as if we were cooking in our own kitchen. We will definitely cook with her again!
