Cooking Class: Traditional Spanish Cuisine Favorites
In this interactive cooking class with Chef Diana, you will learn how to create some of the most treasured and traditional dishes of Spain using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Spanish culinary techniques. To begin, you'll prepare a traditional Spanish tapa of olive oil-coated bread rubbed with garlic and topped with fresh tomato sauce. Next, learn how to craft empanadas filled with chicken, chorizo and olives, followed by a saffron-scented paella Valencia. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with crema Catalana — a rich Spanish-style custard infused with lemon and cinnamon and topped with caramelized sugar.

The fondue cooking class was amazing. Chef Diana provided step by step instructions and guided us in making delicious fondues that we could replicate at home. She provided a fun and informative cooking experience!

Chef Diana is such a pleasure to work with! She was so patient & shares interesting facts about Japanese cuisine with us. She was very neat & organized & made us feel as if we were cooking in our own kitchen. We will definitely cook with her again!

For the last six years, Chef Diana has spent time in breakfast, French and dinner restaurants, but has focused primarily on developing her skills as a pastry chef and chocolatier.
